Introduction

NABARD stands For National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development Grade A Manager Exam. This Exam is Conducted to Recruit Assistant Manager in the Rural Development banking services of NABARD. Once you qualify the Exam you will be hired as an Assistant Manager in NABARD.

Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit ( as on 1st March 2018)

Minimum Age- 21 Years
Maximum Age- 30 Years

The candidates who are Applying must not be Born before 2nd March 1988 and not After 1st March 1997.

Exam Pattern & Selection Process

The Selection Process for NABARD Grade A Assistant Manager Consists of 3 stages as Follows:

  1. Preliminary Examination
  2. Mains Examination + Descriptive Test
  3. Interview

  • Prelims Exam is Qualifying in Nature.
  • If you clear the sectional as well as overall cut then you will be called for Phase II Exam. i.e Mains.
  • For each wrong answer, there will be a penalty of 0.25 Marks.

Mains Examination

Interview

  • The Interview consists on 25 Marks 
  • The Final Merit List will be prepared on the Basis of marks obtained by you in  Mains and Interview.

  • You will also get posted and transferred anywhere in India.

Salary

Basic Pay:- 28,150/- pm

The PayScale of Grade A Assistant Manager is 28150-1550(4) -34350-1750(7) – 46600 –EB – 1750(4)- 53600-2000(1)-55600 & the Monthly Gross Emoluments – Rs.55587/- (approximately).
