NABARD stands for " National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development. NABARD Grade B Exam is recruit Managers in the Rural Development Banking Service of NABARD. Candidate those who qualified the Exam will be hired as a Manager in NABARD Organization.

Age Limit (as on 1st June 2017)

Minimum Age- 21 Years
Maximum Age- 35 Years

OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)- 3 Years
PWD (SC/ST)- 15 Years
PWD (OBC)- 13 Years
PWD (Gen)- 10 Years
Ex-Servicemen- 5 Years
J&K Domiciled people during 01/01/1980 to 31/12/1989- 5 Years

Educational Qualification

Manager (General)
You Must Possess a Bachelor's Degree in any Discipline with Minimum of 60% (55% for SC/ST/PWD)  Marks. Else possess Post Graduate degree with minimum of 55% (50 for SC/ST/PWD) Marks.

Manager (Agriculture)
You Must Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture with Minimum of 60% (55% for SC/ST/PWD)  Marks. Else possess Post Graduate degree in Agriculture with minimum of 55% (50 for SC/ST/PWD) Marks.

Exam Pattern & Selection Process

The Selection process of NABARD Grade B Manager Exam 2017 consists of 3 Stages:

  1. Preliminary Exam
  2. Mains Exam
  3. Interview

Preliminary Exam

This year NABARD has reduced the Weightage of reasoning from 40 marks to 20 MArks & quants from 30 Marks to 20 marks. this Weightage has been added to the Economics, Agriculture & Rural Development subjects. Please check the Details as mention below:

As the Candidate get Selected, He/she Will be Working on a Probation Period of 2 Years, Which can be extended further for Maximum period of One year. The roles Which NABARD Grade B 2017

  • As a Manager, you have to develop and maintain Customer relationships.
  • Monitor the Accounting procedures
  • Approve and Develop the loans
  • Look at the functioning of Offices and Employees.
  • Managing the projects Completions for various projects
  •  Coordinate with various department and facilitate interdepartmental Assignments.

Salary

The Basic pay for NABARD Grade B- Rs 35,150/- pm

The pay scale for Grade B Officers is Rs.35150 – 1750 (9) – 50900 – EB – 1750(2) – 54400 – 2000 (4) – 62400 & the Monthly Gross Emoluments is Rs.66,864/- (approximately).
