RBI Stands for Reserve Bank of India. this year RBI has Released the recruitment Notice for the Recrutiment of RBI Assistant 2017. once the Candidate qualifies the recruitment Drive will be hired as a Assistant in Reserve  Bank of India.

As per the notification, there are 623 numbers of vacancies to be Filled for the post of Assistant 2017.

Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit

Minimum Age- 20 Years
Maximum Age- 28 Years

Age Relaxation

SC/ST- 5 Years
OBC (Non- Creamy Layer)- 3 Years
PWD- 10 Years
PWD (OBC)- 10 Years
PWD (SC/ST)- 15 Years

Educational Qualification

  • Candidate Should  have  at least a Bachelor's Degree in any Discipline with minimum 50% Marks in the aggregate, should be Proficient in the Language (i.e Know to read, Write, Speak and understand the Language) of the  state/ any of the states under the recruiting Officer to which applied
  • Candidate should have good knowledge of Computers.

Exam Pattern & Selection Process

The Selection process for RBI Assistant 2017 consists of 3 Stages as follows:

  1. Preliminary Examination
  2. Mains Examination
  3. Interview

Preliminary Examination

This exam will be online mode only it consists of 100 Marks which need to be completed in 1 hour.

  • For every Incorrect Answer, there will be a negative marking of 0.25.
  • The Final selection will be on the Basis of the Candidate marks scored in Mains and Interview.

Mains Examination

The candidate who qualifies the  Prelims Exam will be Appearing for Mains Examination. The Paper Consists of 200 Mark which need to be performed within 2 Hours of time

Language Proficiency Test

  • Once the Candidate Qualifies the Mains Exam, He/She will be Called for Langauge Proficiency Test.
  • The Langauge Proficiency test will be conducted in the Official Langauge of the Particular state.
